Welcome to Masters Touch Pro Services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including window cleaning, pressure washing, and handyman work provided to residential and commercial clients in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex.

By scheduling or receiving services from Masters Touch Pro Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Who We Are

Masters Touch Pro Services has been proudly serving homes and businesses in the DFW area since 2001. We are a bonded and insured provider of high-quality cleaning and maintenance services. Our services are performed with professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction as our top priorities.


2. Services Offered

We offer the following services:

  • Window cleaning (interior and exterior)
  • Pressure washing (residential and commercial)
  • Handyman services (general repairs, maintenance, and installations)

Service availability may vary based on location, property condition, or job complexity. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our scope of expertise.


3. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

4. Pricing & Estimates

  • Pricing is provided via free estimates prior to scheduling.
  • Final pricing may vary based on actual scope, property conditions, or add-on services requested.
  • Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved before proceeding and may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment via:

  • Zelle
  • Venmo
  • Check
  • Cash

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to fees or future service refusal.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the service areas
  • Secure pets, valuables, or fragile items before service begins
  • Disclose any known hazards (e.g., damaged surfaces, electrical issues)

We are not liable for damages caused by undisclosed issues or pre-existing conditions.


7. Property & Service Risks

We take all reasonable precautions to protect your property and deliver services safely. However:

  • Certain services (e.g., pressure washing) may expose or worsen pre-existing wear, cracks, or damage.
  • Masters Touch Pro Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or failure to follow recommendations.

8. Insurance & Liability

We are bonded and insured. Our liability coverage is in place to protect both our customers and team in the event of unexpected issues. However, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays caused by weather, acts of nature, or customer rescheduling

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
